Accepted Payment Methods

The Valkorqen online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. The payment methods available for your location are displayed at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, or direct bank transfers unless an option is expressly presented at checkout.

Authorization and Order Confirmation

Payment is authorized when you submit your order. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order; it does not mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment. We may request additional verification, decline a transaction, or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the item is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment was authorized or captured, we will void the authorization or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Currency and Charges

Prices and the transaction currency are shown before you submit payment. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion fee. Those charges are set by the provider and are not collected by Valkorqen.

Checkout Security

Checkout data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Card and PayPal payments are processed by authorized payment providers under their own security controls. Valkorqen does not receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. We may retain limited transaction information, such as payment status, card brand, the final digits of a card, and a processor transaction reference, for order administration, refunds, fraud prevention, and accounting.

Payment Problems
