Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Valkorqen online store. Valkorqen™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Xingtu Youxuan Technology Co., Ltd., which is the seller of record. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed before checkout.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that person’s delivery information and accept these terms for the purchase.

2. Products and Jewelry Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including materials, finish, dimensions, color, and closures. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Natural or handmade-look elements may show minor variation in tone, texture, shape, or placement; such variation is not a defect when it is consistent with the product description. The specific materials and care requirements are those stated on the applicable product page.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted. Applicable tax and any optional shipping charge are displayed before payment. Promotions are subject to their stated period, eligibility, and exclusions; they cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before acceptance. If this affects an order, we will contact you and allow you to confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We accept the order when it enters fulfillment or ships, whichever occurs first. We may reject or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, purchase-limit violation, delivery restriction, or an obvious pricing error. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total displayed at checkout. Your financial institution may impose fees that are outside our control.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Send cancellation or address-change requests to service@valkorqen.com within 6 hours after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to apply the request, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from mainland China. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and standard delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will provide the remedies required by applicable law when a material delay occurs. Risk of loss remains with us until the parcel is delivered to you or a person designated by you, except where you independently select a carrier not offered by us.

8. Customs

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges imposed by the destination country. Refusing a parcel solely to avoid such charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund; any refund will be handled under applicable law and may reflect actual non-recoverable return costs.

9. Returns, Defects, and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Opened or tried-on earrings and pierced jewelry are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective, damaged, or incorrect. For verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error, we pay the approved remedy cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.

10. Jewelry Care and Use

Jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals, impact, and prolonged moisture. Product life depends on material, wear, storage, and care. Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to a product that is not as described, is defective, or fails to meet a mandatory legal guarantee.

11. Intellectual Property

Valkorqen names, logos, product photography, graphics, descriptions, and store content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Where a monetary limitation is legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

13. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs shutdown, labor disruption, or widespread carrier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, notify affected customers when practical, and provide cancellation or refund rights required by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Futian District, Shenzhen, China. These terms do not deprive consumers of protections that cannot be waived under the law of their usual residence.
