This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Xingtu Youxuan Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Valkorqen™ (collectively, “Valkorqen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our online store, place an order, contact us, or exercise a privacy right.

Include your name, the email used with the store, your country or state, and the right you wish to exercise. We may verify your identity and authority before completing the request. We normally respond within 30 days, or within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may still verify the customer directly.

10. Children

The store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly.
